scifiboi post a mod called thaumtest.
My thaumtest mod and scifiboi's mod aren't related, but they are inspired by the same thing, in the same topic: "Minecraft Thaumcraft Mod"
My mod dont is a fork, and I dont know if my mod is a reimplementation. I have built my mod from scratch, using my own different textures.
The scifiboi's mod cant be download from Dropbox since few years ago. I think it is abandoned, scifiboi doesn't answer me in his contact forms.

Is my mod a reimplementation? The scifiboi's mod is abandoned. Can my mod be called same?
This isn't a reimplementation or a fork, but I will give you an exception for this case given how old the other mod is and how it is clearly unmaintained. You can use that name
