These were mostly drawn from scratch based on cakes in minecraft and applied to node sides, with some textures donated by players. I have however tweaked the textures and re-uploaded.
@ROllerozxa - On the fifth day of takedown, could you please accept the draft and allow players to download Pie mod once again, textures were checked and may have a similar look/shape to minecraft cake but are NOT the same textures.
The problem is not simply a matter of exact matching, or even "similarity" to other textures.
The problem is that the textures are obviously a Derivative Work of a copyrighted work that is not licensed under terms that allow the creation and use of derivative works. You can change the textures as much as you want, but as long as you're starting with a copy of somebody else's work that you are not licensed to use in that way, it's still copyright infringement. Substantial Similarity is a common test used to detect derivative works (and these textures are very Substantially Similar), but it's not necessarily the only way it can be proven.
You will need to either:
- Create original textures that are not derived from another copyrighted work, e.g. draw the pies yourself, or derive them from a photo you yourself take, or
- Find freely licensed textures and either use them in accordance with their licenses, or create derivatives of them in accordance with their licenses.
Hi, there's a bunch of textures in this mod that are taken from Minecraft, either verbatim or with modifications:
Also these inventory images look to all be using the cake item texture as a base:
Also retake a new screenshot for the mod with the new textures.

Sorry but it's pretty obviously derivative of Minecraft textures. (Left is Minecraft, Center is original pies textures, Right is new pies textures)

Okies, the textures have been redone and a new screenshot taken and they are not based on mc cake shape for familiarity. Could you please approve.
Yes looks good now.
Thankies, added mineclone2 support and made default optional.
