Hi, the barley textures (the plant textures, farming_barley_1.png through farming_barley_7.png) are copied from Minecraft's wheat plant textures. Please replace these textures.
Hi, the coffee plant textures come from the IndustrialCraft 2 Minecraft mod which is under a non-free license.
Also, the melon textures by 7eventy7 and the popcorn item texture by TechM8 do not have licenses attached to them, are these under some kind of free license?

Permissions were given to use these and no license was given.
If they're unlicensed you'll need to ask the authors if they are willing to relicense it under a free license or replace the textures.
