README.md is the license file. The license is clearly documented in this file and the package metadata. Also, I can't find anywhere in both Game Jam and ContentDB rules a rule that I must add a dedicated (non-readme) license file.
Unfortunately, I can't touch this package anymore, the Game Jam work time + grace period is over and I don't want to risk disqualification.
@rubenwardy: Please help me out here. I think this package is following ContentDB rules just fine, thus deserves an approval.
