is there a reason you moved the actual mod into the subdirectory speed_boots?

I'm guessing you're asking why I put everything in the source code on Github into a folder called speed_boots. Assuming there's a problem with that, I'll fix that right now and then submit the mod again to be reviewed and hopefully be released.
