Cannot accept mods from other users

  Hi,

  We already have a system that allows users to upload mods on behalf of other users, whilst keeping the author name correct. This is the Editor system. You can get in contact with an editor (best place is #contentdb on the Minetest discord https://discord.gg/cSBvW9tc8x ) to get them to upload these mods

  So I will be deleting these
