I love everything about Animalia. Nice models, animations, and mechanics. I especially liked how the lasso works how I would expect. In singleplayer I quite enjoyed everything I experienced but I cannot use it in multiplayer on my server. I get a crash every time I log in relating to some vector math when the mod is running some collision logic. I have commented on an open issue on the mods github page with info about it. I am trying to replace mobs_animal and mob_horse on my server with Animalia but this crash makes it impossible. If this issue is addressed I will gladly recommend this mod to anyone who wants high quality animals in their world.
Note: I am running the bleeding edge version of Minetest. It is possible this is an issue with the engine itself but with the information from the crash that seems unlikely. The person who filed the issue did not provide the version of the engine they are running but I would be willing to bet that if they did do the work to run bleeding edge they probably would have mentioned this fact. Thanks for the work on the mod ElCeejo. Other than my crash issue the mod is wonderful.
