A mod adding weather. The weather will change automatically but you can also change it using commands. There are some weather types registered by default, like rain, snow and no downfall. Other mods can also register new types of downfall. Wind will blow the downfall into different directions.
The weather is made of big particles that are shown client-side. On servers the weather will be the same for all players.

This is a quite nice weather mod, I especially like the option to set the weather by command, this is very useful for testing. I intend to use this mod, for one of my mods to add the possibility to get water in a skyblock world by collecting rain. Is there a way for my mod to detect whethere or not it is currently raining?
