PS: Noticed a small bug in dirt.lua, it appears like ethereal:quicksand is deprecated and should be replaced with ethereal:quicksand2, but I don't see the former having the not_in_creative_inventory group, so unless it's being added elsewhere someone could pick it up by accident. Why did I care enough about that microscopic detail to bring it up I don't know.
the bamboo texture looks stangely familiar... Can't say what it is, but it's not TenPlus-brand, and with this "copying mc textures and hoping no-one notices" business, probably not properly licenced.
The textures for the Melon Stems and Melon Slices seem to be copied from Minecraft.
Specifically, the Melon Stems seem to be post-1.14 Melon Stems and the Slices, a flipped, saturation-increased pre-1.14 Melon Slice.
There are probably more, might want to double-check that the textures are freely licenced (or remake them, which considering all the different styles that are in use...)

Bumping, the Vine texture seems to be a very close match to the pre-JAPPA Minecraft Vine, just a couple of pixels removed.
As first pointed out by Tim7, some textures seem to be upscaled MC textures.
Might be worth double checking if the texture pack you used for them allows licensing like this...
I would say suspiciously similar... Even the odd bit that makes sense in a double-high fern but not in a single streched block is there!
Still, it IS a different texture and not a tinted version of the vanilla fern, as noted by the different shading in both.

The Bush block seems to use a rotated Oak Leaves (fast) texture from pre-1.14 Minecraft.
Last time I checked, though, those are still 100% Notch, no license. Not good.
There are probably some other textures I'm missing. For example, Ferns look oddly familiar, though they could be from a resource pack.
Can't download from in-game content browser due to the odd version requirement.
Aside from that, some methods seem to have been deprecated since this was made.
Also, since author has dissapeared from the community for 2 years may I suggest a "mantainer required" tag.
