This texture pack changes the textures of four items that had inconsistent textures in the mod.
The items are: the steel gear, oil extract and the two types of chains.
To use this you need to have the Basic Materials mod: https://content.minetest.net/packages/mt-mods/basic_materials
Better then the current textures
This pack replace some of the biggests offenders in basic_materials with some pretty sensible assets that feel right at home with the default visual of the game. I feel like the steel gear could look a tad sharper with slighty higher constrast, and the oil bottle cap might be too close to the grey used in some base UI. But it's sure is miles above what is currently provided by the mod.
I've been waiting for this
Basic materials is a great alternative dependency to use for crafting recipes (when compared to default and mtg), but I've always avoided it because of its textures.
