MineClone 2 is the best game on Minetest engine. It has nearly all content on original game. Has more slabs and stairs and thats perfect.
But I don't like something. Animals walks on water, the reach distance is very long. There is no running state.
These are not a valid reason to make me hare the game. This is still the best clone of minecraft.
I can play it on a 12 years old laptop even if I do not install the gpu drivers and run on integrated gpu.

Hi, the mobs walking on water is indeed an issue that will be fixed - it just had a lower priority compared to stability and performance work. But the time will come. :)
By reach distance, do you mean the player's reach? Or that of the mobs?
You can run by using the key assigned to Aux1. It's not intuitive, but this is an engine features, and something that Minetest would have to change. It might be a good idea for Minetest to allow customizing the Aux key labels.
You can also adjust the player reach in the game settings.
The polishing side of game development takes the most work. We currently have 780 issues open and rely on volunteer contributions. The game makes massives strides, but there is plenty more to go and it gets better with every release :).
Haha! Yup now I can run. Thanks. I meant player's reach distance. A creeper couldn't reach me enough to trigger exploding if I keep hitting it. Anyway, thanks for the game. Have fun in development process.
